Access to items in the inventory is blocked, what should I do?
Access to items may be blocked for various reasons:
- You have frozen the account with the items yourself. In this case, you may see the label "Frozen" on the items. You can read more about freezing a linked account in the description of the relevant question (see "Why is account freezing necessary? How to unfreeze an account?")
- An error occurred, and we do not have access to your account. In this case, the items display "Account Error". In this situation, please ensure that the account linking was successful. If there is an error, try re-linking your account (see "What to do if account linking has failed?"). If that does not help, please contact our support.
- The account is blocked due to a low rating. In this case, you may see the label "Blocked" on the items. This means you have made too many unsuccessful purchases or sales on our site. If you have not yet understood how the rating system works on STARPETS, we recommend that you carefully read the section "Buyer and Seller Ratings".
- If a quick sale process is taking place on the account, you may see the label "Unavailable" on the items. You need to wait for the quick sale to complete, after which you will regain access to your items.
