Withdrawals are usually processed within 168 hours (7 days), but typically funds arrive from 20 seconds to 2 hours after the cash out is created. It depends on the bank you selected for the withdrawal.

Which countries’ wallets/cards can withdraw funds?
The site supports withdrawals to cards in many countries. You can check available withdrawals by selecting your region in the "Cash Out" tab. Please note that withdrawals are only possible to debit accounts. We cannot process withdrawals to credit or gift cards.
Can I withdraw to unconfirmed wallets?
We do not recommend withdrawing to unconfirmed wallets. The cash out is highly likely to fail (the funds will return to your account). In such cases, it is better to withdraw to a card or to your mobile operator’s balance.
I want to cancel the cash out, how can I do this?
You can cancel a cash out only by contacting support.
What does the orange cash out status mean?
An orange status means that your payment is in process and will arrive to you very soon.
How can I view my cash out history?
You can view your cash out history in the profile tab "History".
