The buyer rating reflects how often a user makes successful purchases.
Initially, each user’s buyer rating is set at 80 points.

What is the seller rating?
The seller rating reflects how often a seller has successful sales (excluding cancellations due to the buyer’s fault). The rating is influenced by both regular sales on the market and quick sales!

How to increase the rating?
A user can increase their buyer rating by making a successful purchase. A purchase is considered successful if the item was brought into the game.
For a successful item introduction, the user’s buyer rating increases by 2.5 points.

A seller can increase their rating by successfully selling an item. A sale is considered successful if the item has fully completed the transfer process to the buyer’s account.
For each successful sale of an item, the user’s seller rating increases by 0.5 points.

What can cause a decrease in buyer rating?
For an unsuccessful item introduction due to the buyer’s fault, the rating decreases by 1 point. For each canceled exchange offer by the buyer within the game, the rating decreases by 1.5 points.
What can cause a decrease in seller rating?
For unsuccessful item sales due to the seller's fault, the rating decreases by:
- 6 points if it turns out that the necessary items are missing from the account during the exchange;
- 5 points if the number of friends on the account exceeds 175;
- 1 point if the seller encountered issues with the connected account;
- 2 points if the seller kicked the buyer out of the game or changed data during the exchange;
- 2 points if the seller has a warning or ban on their game account.
What does a bad buyer rating affect?
For a significant decrease in the buyer rating, you risk receiving a penalty in the form of:

- Upon reaching 70 points, you will receive your first warning.
- Upon reaching 60 points, you will be blocked from making purchases for 30 minutes.
- Upon reaching 50 points, you will be blocked from making purchases for 2 hours.
- Upon reaching 35 points, you will be blocked from making purchases for 24 hours.
- Upon reaching 20 points, you will receive your final warning.
- Upon reaching 15 points, you will be blocked from making purchases for 7 days.
- Upon reaching 10 points, you risk having your account completely blocked.
What does a bad seller rating affect?
For a decrease in seller rating, you risk receiving a penalty in the form of:

- Upon reaching 60 points, you will receive your first warning.
- Upon reaching 50 points, you will receive a 24-hour sales block.
- Upon reaching 40 points, you will receive a 3-day sales block.
- Upon reaching 30 points, you will receive a 7-day sales block.
- Upon reaching 20 points, you will receive a 15-day sales block.
- Upon reaching 15 points, you will receive your final warning.
- Upon reaching 10 points, you will completely lose access to sales.
- If your rating reaches 0, your account will be completely blocked.
I have been blocked from purchases or sales due to a bad rating, what should I do?
If you received a temporary block, we recommend just waiting for it to end.
